国内"淄博贝斯特导电液制造有限公司"于1992年开始以石墨粉悬浊液（Toner)，对孔壁试做导电涂布。经过不断的改进与完善，已经形成了独特的而成熟生产工艺，真正的填补了国内PCB孔化，悬浊（Toner)导电液的空白，1993年开始在公司的实验工厂及相关的PCB生产厂家使用黑孔液生产了相当数量的印制板，2001年开始小量产上市，先后成功运用在不同基材的印制板上，取得了优良的效果。
